In Chapter 13 the filing fee for the court is $274 which is paid at the time of filing. The attorney fee of $3,000 is part of your monthly payment plan.
In Chapter 7 the filing fee for the court is $299, and in most cases the attorney fee is $1500 which is paid at the time of filing.
